You are entering into this agreement with: Shéhrazade Schneider, doing business as Berberbae, ('we'); 
We are Shéhrazade Schneider, a French company registered in France with our registered office at 27 Rue Vauvenargues 75018 Paris and registered in the trade register of the French Chamber of Commerce under number 793 846 650
Our website www.berberbae.com offers the sale of Berberbae products.

When you order Berberbae products you are contracting with Shéhrazade Schneider.

These terms apply when you shop at our shop or use our services, apps and websites (our ‘Websites'). They are important for you, for us because they explain what everyone expects from each other. Moreover, it also contains practical information for you. 

We keep these conditions up to date and we regularly update them. So don't forget to check it before any purchase, because the latest version always applies. 

Personal data protection

Customers are informed and accept that their personal data may be collected on the Site and used by Berberbae, which acts as a data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR").
Berberbae undertakes to protect and ensure the security and confidentiality of its Customers' personal data in accordance with the RGPD, in particular by taking all necessary precautions to prevent such data from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
In particular, Customers' personal data may be transmitted to service providers and contractual partners who, as subcontractors within the meaning of the RGPD, intervene and contribute directly to the management of Orders and for whom it is absolutely necessary to access the personal data entered by the Customer when creating and using his/her Account (identity, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address). Subcontractors may only act on instructions from Berberbae.
Customer personal data is collected for the following purposes:
- Management of Orders and customer relations; 
- Informing customers about offers and commercial information relating to the brand; 
- Reinforcing and improving the communication of the Website and the brand by sending, in particular, newsletters and special offers according to the Customer's preferences noted on the Website; 
- to improve and personalize the services offered to Customers; and 
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations. 
The Customer's personal data is kept only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.
In accordance with the RGPD, the Customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him or her (hereinafter the "Data Protection Rights").
To exercise one or more of the Data Protection Rights, the Customer must send a request by email or by post to Berberbae’s Customer Service, by filling out the contact form located on the site or by writing to the following address indicating his/her name, first name, email address and customer references: Shéhrazade Schneider, 27, Rue Vauvenargues 75018 Paris.
Each request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the Customer's signature, and must specify the reply address.
The response to the request exercised on the basis of one or more Data Protection Rights will be sent within 2 months of receipt of the request.
The Customer may communicate to Berberabe specific directives in which he or she defines the manner in which he or she intends the Data Protection Rights to be exercised, after his or her death, in accordance with the RGPD.

About You

To shop with us you must:
• be at least 16 years old; 

• have a credit or debit card accepted by us and

• be authorized to use that credit or debit card (for example: the card is in your name or you have permission to use the card).

Price

The prices displayed on berberbae.com are indicated in euros, including all French taxes (French VAT and any other applicable taxes), delivery charges, order processing and packaging costs.
Prices may be modified at any time, without prior notice, particularly in the event of changes in fiscal or economic data. Items will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.

Place an order

When you place an order, you should receive an email confirming receipt of your order. We then perform a standard pre-authorization check to ensure there are sufficient funds on the card.

We will only accept your order once payment has been cleared and the card has been topped up by us.

All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. Do not worry. If there is a problem with an order, we will contact you. 

All products remain the property of Berberbae until full payment of the purchase price has been received by us.

On rare occasions, we may need to refuse, cancel, block or freeze an order (even after you have confirmed your order). 

If we have blocked your order and you think we have made a mistake, please contact bae@berberbae.com we will be happy to help. 

Legal right to cancellation within 14 days

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to return@berberbae.com
Please follow the steps of our exchange & return policy below. You have 14 days (from the working day after receipt of your order) to cancel your ordering contract with Berberbae so that we can offer you a full refund of the items ordered.

Delivery

Before completing your order, you will be presented with several delivery options to choose from, along with expected delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address. 
At Berberbae we work hard to deliver everything on time, but sometimes delays can occur, for example due to postal or courier delays, logistical problems or bad weather conditions. We will keep you as informed as possible and you should be able to track the progress of your package.

Exchange policy

All items can be exchanged, as long as they are returned in their original condition, without having been worn or washed, within 14 days of receiving the order.
We recommend using the original sustainable package that your order came in. If the items are received in poor condition, we won’t be able to carry out the exchange as requested.
How to send back your order?

1. Email us at return@berberbae.com with the details of your order:
-order number
-origin of the shipment (where do you want to send it back from)
-name (and size) of the item you would like to exchange it with.

2. Once the exchange is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label* and the steps to schedule a pick up or the nearest drop off point.

3. Once a return is received and approved, you will be receiving a coupon with the value of the returned article (excluding the shipping costs) to order the item of your choice on our website.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, they will be deducted from the value of the order before issuing the coupon.
* UNTIL WE RECEIVE AN ITEM, IT REMAINS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

Return policy

Intellectual property rights, software and content

Berberbae’s founder Shéhrazade Schneider, owns and has permission to use the intellectual property rights in the website and its contents. These rights are protected all over the world. All such rights are reserved. 
You may store, print and display the content of our website for your own personal use only. You may not use any part of the website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission to do so.
Furthermore, you may not use our Berberbae logo or any other marks or trademarks (or marks that are very similar in colour) without our express permission.

Linking to our website

We're happy for you to link to berberbae.com, as long as it's done in a non-commercial manner, fairly and legally and doesn't damage our reputation or take advantage of it. 
Please do not link to us in any way that suggests any approval or endorsement from Berberbae where this is not the case. 
Our website may not be used within the context of another website without our permission.
